Where to start with this guy Alex He took in my truck 1 month ago and told me $3000 to rebuild my transmission and be done in a week I said going ahead one week passed truck wasn’t finished he called me and said he needs couple more days fine then needed another part for the trans and demanded more money Fine then 2 weeks later demanded more money for another part fine now a month down the line the truck still has the same issue and not repaired I had to get the cops to retrieve my vehicle and he took $2300 from me for this ... read more
Took over 6 months and job still not done. Horrible communication. The mechanic acts like he knows what he’s doing and makes you pay extra for trouble shooting and never gets the job done. Please for your own sake don’t waste your time and money!!!!
Sadly this is no longer a business but a pure scam. They have no professional mechanic but will still take your money, destroy your vehicle and pretend to have worked on it.
Pésimo servicio El señor que esta ahora dice llamarse Alex, el cual no tiene tiempo para reparar los vehículos que tiene ahí. Y algo importante es que el coloca repuestos ya usados. No vayan a ese lugar. No caigan en estafas.
Thought they could have done more. Turns out my problem was not my transmission. They did work and I thought the price was a little high. The shop looks a lot 3rd world, so I expected the pricing to be affordable. They came down a little.. We'd talked about a test drive so they could see the vibrations at certain speed ranges.
