Customer service. The two gentlemen that assisted me, Bob & Frank in finding the vehicle I wanted were fantastic. They never made feel pressured. The salesman, Curley, was very helpful, no pressure and tried his best to make us feel as individuals, not just another number. All the folks there took a great deal of time to show us all the "bells and whistles" on our new Ford and never once did they make us feel like we were asking too many questions or acted like we needed to hurry up and go. We visited Ronnie Thompson Ford in Ellijay on 12/27/19, in search of a Ford F-250! As soon as we walked onto the lot, there it was...the Bronze Fire, Lariat F-250 we had been searching for! Our salesman, Bob, took the reins from there, and a few hours later, we were driving home in that F-250!! Wonderful, hometown experience, like we were accustomed to years ago! We recently bought a cabin in Blue Ridge and a friend of ours came to visit us from South Carolina. While she was here, her car ran hot. We called our friend, Michael Barlow with TRONCALLI Subaru in Cumming, Georgia since her car was a Suburu. He knew the service manager at Ronnie Thompson Ford and suggested we go there.
