Heath and Mario were wonderful to work with during the purchase of my 2020 Explorer. Heath went out of his way to get me the options I was looking for. Took my Mustang in to Quick Lane on Tuesday to get new wheels installed. Due to a mistake, one of the new wheels was damaged. Philipe immediately informed me of the issue, and coordinated with management to get approval to order a replacement wheel. Management also waived the nearly $150 charge for swapping the wheels “because of the inconvenience.” The new wheel was ordered within the hour, which allowed it to be delivered on Thursday. Everyone we dealt with at Ronnie Thompson was nice and easy going. I worked with Chad as a salesman, he’s a nice guy and wasn’t pushy. I like that we talked about prices and came to an agreement before they ever mentioned pulling my credit. I never let my credit get run before I agree on price but most all dealerships will want to run credit first. We got in and out in a timely manner which was nice.
