This doctor has terrible bedside manner, is very unprofessional & your medical information may not br safe with her! Definitely reporting her & wouldn’t even recommend her to my worse enemy.
I wish I didn't have to give a star at all,but I made an appointment with Ronishia Thomas and I wasn't told that it was mandatory to a copy of my insurance I.d. card at the time I made the appt. Upon arriving I informed the receptionist when she asked for my card that I had not yet received it in the mail but I had the information and I have the card on my insurance app on my cell phone. Rude staff very unprofessional
Dr. Thomas is very friendly and professional. I enjoy chatting with her every visit. She welcomes questions and takes time to answer any questions or address concerns. Her staff is friendly. I’ve never had long wait times in her office.
