ronin ROCKS!!!!!!!!!! – Wow!!!!!! As I walked up to Ronin I already began to forget that I was in Michigan. It looks like they transplanted this restaurant from some trendy spot in New York. Phenomenal decor with the "coolest" floor I have seen in a restaurant. The cedar planking on the walls is really different and makes you feel extremely comfortable. Trendy with long waits on weekend nights – Ronin's do not take reservations, so we were told that arrival before 8 pm would save us the long wait times, and it did. We were seated immediately (group of 4). I felt like the service came in dribbles. We did eventually get water and drinks, but it took a bit longer until the waitress took our food order (I would estimate about 20 min from seating until she really paid any attention to us).
