I’m giving this dental clinic a one-star in terms of scheduling as I’ve experienced this almost always since I started coming to them. We made this July 25th - 11AM appointment on March 21st. Last Thursday, July 23rd, I received a voice mail asking me to confirm my appointment. I called that evening and left my confirmation. Yesterday, close to noon, I received a text asking me to reply with “C” to confirm my “12:15AM” appointment. They told me that the hygienist will be late so appointments were moved. Dr. Arla & her whole staff are very friendly, efficient & nice to work with. They are professional & knowledgeable in taking care of my family teeth for years. I would highly recommend this dental office.
