Dr. Yee was fantastic. His use of new technologies in his office shows that he has a very progressive attitude. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. They called before the appointment to remind me, and they called a few days after the appointment to see how I was doing. I had a few cavities filled and Dr. Yee went to extensive lengths to make sure I was not in any pain whatsoever. During the procedure, he gave me headphones to listen to music. Dr. Yee is simply the best dentist in the area! I have been coming to Dr. Yee since 1995 when moving to San Francisco. I have refered him to several of my friends and now my whole family sees him as well! Now we drive all the way from Danville and still would not think of changing dentists. Dr .Yee's secret is in constantly staying up on on the latest technology in dentistry. He has a friendly personality with a wealth of knowledge to share about every procedure he does. Dr. Yee is the best Dentist...Period. Everything he does is top of the line, and he is a very personable.
Dr. Yee is a pleasant, professional, and skilled dentist who treats each patient as an individual and provides quality care. He is extremely knowledgeable.
Ron Yee does an so-so job. The staff is friendly. He's friendly. But the problem is that he needs to let a dental hygienist do the job. When he does the routine cleanings himself, it's generally a half-job. The last time I went there was the worst -- pulled out the equipment mostly for show...barely touched my teeth with the polisher. You know that clean, smooth feeling you get on your teeth after coming back from the dentist? You ain't gonna get that with Ron Yee.
Excellent service! Front desk personnel offers great customer service. Dr. Yee himself is friendly and professional. I had some filling done and it was a painless experience.
I came into Dr. Yee's office a few weeks ago for cosmetic dentistry. I was promised great results, but ended up with a botched job. They looked horrible and I was embarassed to smile or even talk to anyone. I was better off with my original teeth than what he ended up giving me. He is too arrogant for his own good. He constantly boasts about the skills he developed during his 20 years of practice, but how did I end up with such bad quality work? Dr. Yee is great! Very friendly yet professional. His front office staff offers one of the best customer service I've experienced in my history of 5+ dentist in the last 10 years. And Dr. Yee knows his work! He's been in practice for apparently 20 years. I've also been recommending him to friends. :)
