Medical services are OK and I am comfortable with the medical providers here. Back-office staff can leave a bit to be desired and can be very rude. The billing here is the worst that I have ever experienced. It has not been unusual for me to get a bill several months after the service was provided. When you request an explanation, the staff will either dismiss you or be hostile. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest.

I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money.
I will definitely recommend them to people I know. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
