This place is the worst!! The front office staff, Melissa and another girl who had brunette hair, have the RUDEST attitude in person AND on the phone. When you ask them a simple question, they act like they are inconvenienced and are put off. They talk down to you and are not friendly at all. If they hate their job so much, why are they in a customer service position??? We had a 3:00 pm appointment and waited one hour for the nurse practitioner.
