A couple of months back, our water heater failed and resulted in some unfortunate damage to our floors. Shady business practice. Will take your money and fail to provide an invoice or receipt. It was an emergency situation on a holiday and this was the first "business" that answered. The plumber I dealt with was "Luis." Still trying to get him to respond with my invoice. When I called the company to complain and request an invoice they transferred me to a "front desk" which was basically a voicemail.
