Very disappointed in Dr. Saff. I came in with a clear reaction to a medication and was referred to him for evaluation. Instead of offering support, he quickly dismissed my symptoms as anxiety and provided no help or guidance. From the start, I felt stereotyped and ignored. It’s deeply troubling how often women’s symptoms are brushed off in healthcare — and this was yet another example. Dr.Saff and his facility is the best staff I've ever seen. The staff are so nice they made you feel like family. They will work you anyway they can. I will recommend allergy and asthma to any one .
Once left me in the room for over an hour, forgot I was there… some pretty lady buys the office lunch once in awhile and that’s how he learns new things. Hasn’t changed things in decades.
Just got off the phone scheduling my new patient appointment. The scheduler who helped me has provided the best customer service I have experienced to date in this city. Very sweet, happy to help, and communicative. Looking forward to my appointment!
