I have never in my life been insulted the way Dr. Ronald Saff treated me this morning. I should have listened to previous patients of his and actually read the Google reviews. I specifically called his office and asked them if he acknowledges and is very familiar with MCAS And they said yes and booked me an appointment. When I called back to double confirm that he is well-versed in this condition they told me ,”Maybe just book a consult instead”, Which should have been my sign to cancel the appointment and go elsewhere. The doctors are good and professional, but the administrative experience has been very frustrating. The front desk staff is unkind, rarely answers phones NEVER answers emails, and never explained that the price of the shots is different from the price of the serum. When I asked about my billing after receiving different charge amounts, I got no response. Billing told me they didn’t know how the serum was charged and said I should ask a nurse.
