I went to Saff about 9 years ago for allergy shots. I was hoping it would help my tinnitus as well as keep me from having 3 to 4 sinus infections per year. I moved here from Houston where I had an excellent allergist and had been on shots already for 9 months. I was appalled when he tried to talk me out of the weekly shots inferring that I could not afford the copay. I was highly disappointed in this office. I had reaction to a medication, they told me on the phone I would be injected with the medication for three hours. Not one dose of the medication and see if I have recation. If I would have known that I would have neve gone to the appointment. $275.00 later still no answers, the doctor didn't listen efficiently and I felt like a number rather than a patient. They are more worried about the bottom line and making money than the patients.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with this allergist. I made the appointment because I was dealing with alpha-gal and significant issues with food intolerance, and I was looking for someone who would take my symptoms seriously and help me understand what was going on. Dr Saff basically said oh I don’t think you have alpha gal even though your bloodwork is positive here’s an Epi pen see you in a year. He said to not go on alpha gal sites and listen to them they’re all crazy it’s not a big deal. I felt dismissed... read more

I've been receiving allergy shots at Dr. Saff's office for years, and my allergy symptoms have greatly improved! I highly recommend this medical office.

I have never in my life been insulted the way Dr. Ronald Saff treated me this morning. I should have listened to previous patients of his and actually read the Google reviews. I specifically called his office and asked them if he acknowledges and is very familiar with MCAS And they said yes and booked me an appointment. When I called back to double confirm that he is well-versed in this condition they told me ,”Maybe just book a consult instead”, Which should have been my sign to cancel the appointment and go elsewhere.
