On the surface everything seemed OK the several times I saw him over the years, but when he was unavailable & I had an emergency when a bush poked me in the eye, I saw his partner instead. Dr Berman told me by the way, my cataract was doing just fine, which I was shocked at since Dr Lorfel had never told me I even HAD a cataract. Turns out it is outside the field of vision for now, but does need watching, so I don't understand why Lorfel would think I don't need to know about such a thing.
