I called in to get connected to my hospital physician and they told me to wait a second, sighed, and hung up the phone. I called back and they hung up as soon as they answered. I so shocked to have this kind of service at a hospital where they are supposed to take every matter seriously. I am very disappointed and I hope they hire some new people at the desk.
