Professional, Clean and Friendly.
The insurance part was explained great but when I checked out the payment part was not but it was lunch so the regular person who does that was not there.
I have always had a wonderful experience when visiting Dr. Rasi and Group. Everyone is kind, caring and totally understands what I need and are very accepting of what I want and can afford. My Thanks to a Great Dental Group !!
It's disappointing that I have to come back at a later date to finish the work that needs to be done. But, it's understandable, considering my appointment took longer than expecting due to unforeseen circumstances where I needed to be numbed. I am great fun for the quality of work and attention to detail performed by Dr. Rasi and his team.
I was 15 minutes late and I was met by Vernica and she was very plesant and corteous. My dental health was explained in detail to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this office to anyone I have never had any bad visits and Dr. Rassi is always very attentive and does excellent work.
