They exceeded my expectations Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was the dental equipment clean? Yes
I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant. They let you know the importance of what's going on with your teeth & why you need to get certain things fixed. They go over pricing with you before they do anything so you know ahead of time what to expect. Their office is clean,sterile & has a warm feeling to it. The staff is wonderful and very patient.
They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
