Absolutely Does this provider answer the phone in a reasonable time when you call? Definitely Do you think this provider would be willing to pursue advice from other professionals if they run into a snag in your treatment? Absolutely Was the Dentist able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Does this provider have helpful information available online? Somewhat Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Definitely

Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
