Dr. Frank was wonderful. He was able to reach - and help - my teenage son when no one else could, or would bother to try. A truly compassionate, skilled physician, with a much needed sense of humor.
Dr. Frank was always a fine professional. Karakong Drive was one of his most memorable locations.
