Dr. Gioffre treated my broken ankle. He was very friendly, which made me comfortable. He explained my Xrays in a way I understood. He explained to me what I needed to do at home to make things better.
Last year I had an osteochondroma just below my left knee. Dr. Gioffre helped me and my family understand what would be necessary to remove it and we decided to have it removed. Unfortunately the incision became infected and I had to have another surgery but Dr Gioffre was very nice about it and now I'm all good to go!!
After two hips replaced and two knees replaced, we can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. G! He may seem gruff at times, but it's because he genuinely CARES about his patients and wants to see them do the therapy and do what he says needs to be done. If a patient follows his plan, there will be many years ahead with pain-free walking!
He understands your problem and treats it and you with excellent outcome. He and his staff are top notch
Dr Gioffre did both TKR 12 months apart. Good recovery with no problems. Dr and staff are excellent and are totally recommended.
