Not a good value but food has always been outstanding ! Been going to Ron of japan in Northbrook since 1977! They have cut down the portions and have raised the prices! Can not eat here as often anymore because it has become to expensive!! Love the shogun but lobster tail has become to stingy Go back to how it used to be Ron of Japan or lower your prices a bit!
Overrated food small portions and small bowls to eat the rice. The shrimp were to skinny and small.

Birthday dinner with hubby, dad, and his GF. Honestly, since the first time I’ve been here over 20 years ago, I was the most disappointed. Israel was our cook, no personality, shrimp appetizer is supposed to be served first, correct? Thankfully our drink server (tall with a short dark brown bob) was awesome.
