After test driving almost all the other luxury AWD sedans, we just leased my first Alfa Romeo, Giulia. It is a really fun car to drive, feels luxurious, and looks great! However, a big part of why we choose this car was the sales team. Of all the dealerships we visited, the Ron Lewis team of Casey and Paul made us feel comfortable, not AT ALL pressured, and we believe we got a great lease deal too.
I recently bought a 2007 Jeep Wrangler from them and the overall experience was okay. Chris Leon showed me the Jeep and he was great. But whenever I bought the Jeep and was driving it home not even 7 miles from the dealership the check engine came on and it needs a catalytic converter. And I bought the Jeep as is with no check engine light on so now I’ll be stuck paying over $1000 for a catalytic converter install.

The sales experience was smooth and I have to say dealing with people at the dealership especially Trish is never a bad experience. I absolutely adore my Giulia. It's not the service thats bad its the absolute lack of service that hands down makes dealing with this dealership one of the worst experiences I have had. 98% of the time no one answers the phone and if you have to leave a message for call back it's over. We enjoyed our experience so much we decided to return to get me a truck, Kenny was awesome, he treated us like we were family. They worked extremely hard to make the deal work.
