If I could give this place 0 stars! Brought my Jeep to Ron Carter in Alvin, in September, to fix an overheating problem. Was told that it would take 2-4 days to get it back, no problem. It ended up taking over a week and a half before I got my car back! On top of that, they found 6 more “problems” that needed fixing which they “fixed”, if it was covered in warranty. Also, “claimed” to have fixed my main problem and reason I took it in, over heating! Fast forward to 3 months later, my car is over heating AGAIN! Same exact pro... read more
