Total online scam. I spoke with a sale rep at least 2 days in one week. On 5/25/21 I spoke with a sale rep about 9:47am to verify that the truck I was looking at online was still on the lot and the trade in value for my truck was correct if the truck was as I described. If I could give this place 0 stars! Brought my Jeep to Ron Carter in Alvin, in September, to fix an overheating problem. Was told that it would take 2-4 days to get it back, no problem. It ended up taking over a week and a half before I got my car back! On top of that, they found 6 more “problems” that needed fixing which they “fixed”, if it was covered in warranty.
