Horrible customer service. I thought I had purchased 2022 ram truck. I was told everything went through. Come to find out the finance department lied. I was driving around in a truck with no contract that the bank they said approved it never did. So after having the truck for a month they never notified me of this. Instead they ran 12 hard inquiries on my credit. I did have excellent credit. No help from management. They ignored my existence. Poor/Rude customer service from their service department. My vehicle has been in their shop for almost 2 weeks and I was told that they’ve yet to work on my vehicle. I’m told that they will provide updates and yet I haven’t received any calls from them unless I call them first to reach out. I was told that my vehicle would be completed last week and now I am told it hasn’t started the service work and the tech is out on holiday. If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. I bought my car from the sale guy Robert and I so excited they all seemed so nice. Then 2 weeks later my check engine light came on and when we called Robert about it all he kept saying was well you didn't purchase the extended warranty. So I went and had diagnostics ran on my car and it was 2 codes that showed up and it showed that the codes had been erased prior to me purchasing the car. I've bought many cars from many dealerships but will never buy another from Ron Carter Alvin, TX. I recently bought a used 2019 Honda CRV with 23,000 miles. Drove it home and next day "Emissions System Error" light came on. Ron Carter Alvin told me to bring in and they would get it fixed. Two months later and many trips, phone calls, text messages and STILL NOT fixed. Now, noone will return my calls. NEVER will buy another car, new or used, from Ron Carter Alvin, TX.

I originally saw a car online at Ron Carter Chevrolet Buick GMC in Alvin at a price that was within my budget, so I went to the dealership with my older sibling to see it. Once I got there in additional $1500 in bogus fees were added to the transaction. Since the car was still within my budget I decided to proceed with the transaction. If I could I would not give this place any stars!! We went in to buy a Ford truck and they didn't have the color I wanted so I told them I would go look elsewhere. After we left the manager texted me and said they could wrap the truck to change the color for me and gave me a quote. I agreed to the wrap and when I dropped it off they said it would take 4-5 days and I didn't get the truck back for 2 1/2 weeks.
