Horrible people
Customer service is very poor - while the associates are nice and respectful, the whole process from the time you call until the time you actually get your issue resolved could take months!! The service department doesn't pick up, or they hang up on you; they don't call you back; they transfer you to another so that you have to tell your "story" all over again....

Terrible experience buyer beware!!!! Was lied to and bullied into leasing a car. Contract was different then what I was told. When I got home I went over paperwork and found errors. I got a hold of my salesman and asked for a new contract to be drawn up. He agreed with the error and said a new contract would be there when I picked up car. When I got there I was told they weren't going to change anything and was basically stuck with the car. Wanted to back out and ass told no from the finance guy.
