I will be the first to admit when I'm wrong. They did end up refunding my money, and making everything right. Apparently the issue was the original rep that I dealt with did not follow up as he should have. On speaking with a different rep I was asked that both orders would be canceled and they did offer to let me keep the product.
I have asked them about my order and I have been feeling ignored for hours almost a day. Update: They finally answered me. They provided tracking number. Hopefully ever goes well.
