Historically, I’ve always traveled to New Hartford to get my nails done because I wasn’t happy with any of the places I tried in Rome. Hadn’t given this place a shot yet and decided to tonight. Kelly gave me (hands down!) the best gel manicure I’ve had in months. Super impressed with the service and cleanliness too. 5 STARS! I will definitely be back. Thank you so much Kelly!
I had a gift card to Rome Nail and Spa and decided to go tonight. I’ve been before and the service is amazing. Tonight wasn’t short of that. I could tear up right now as I talk about my experience- the girl who did my feet and nails went out of her way for me. She knew I was pregnant and took my hand to help me out of my chair and walked me to my other seat to get my nails done so I wouldn’t fall. No wait! The girls don’t chat amongst themselves in a language you don’t understand and ignore you, they pay total attention to your feet (and legs). Clean too
Literally just got my nails done yesterday and one already fell off. The rest are crooked and missing polish on the sides. Disappointed in the quality they did withy nails :(

My mom and I went there for mothers day pedis. I got such good reviews from others for them. My goodness the expeirance we got was amazing! I highly recommend them. I can't wait to go back for my spa day with my bridal party in a month.
