RecommendedPest pedicure I’ve had in Rome in the past 2 years I’ve lived here!! Won’t go any where else now
Came in today for a nice Mother’s Day treat. Beyond disappointed and now in search of a new nail spa. I asked for a French tip pedicure, the polish job was horrendous!! So much so the lady next to me event commented. The girl new I wasn’t happy because I asked her to remove the polish and I just wanted to leave. STILL charged me full price for the half the job!! I used to love this place, not anymore. Spend your time and money somewhere else. I will not be back.
First ever pedicure. I have heard many good reviews on this place. However, lady who did my pedicure was not informed that I also asked for a manicure and proceeded to basically have a melt down and complain because she didn’t want to do a manicure, therefore switching with another girl to do my manicure. I was then told that a full set of nails would cost 55 dollars by itself. Their pricing on the wall and in the little book they give you says it’s 25. It had been a month since my last pedicure. I was in the area and chose Rome Nails and Spa. Amazing customer service! They’re all about the customer. A little more pricey than I’ve experienced but well worth the service. The massages during my green tea pedi and after really relaxed me and I feel pampered. I recommend their services to anyone in the area looking to have a pedicure to get their toes ready for Summer.
I had the best experience! I’ve had many pedicures but this is by far the best one I’ve ever had! I’ll never go to another salon again!

Amazing! We did the basic pedicure and got a hot stone rub and a shoulder and back massage included in that price. It was above and beyond what I expected. I will return!!!
