Very disorganized. Quite expensive. Impersonal as can be. I would not recommend at all.
They know what they are talking about and I like the docor and staff
I can't thank Dr. Cole enough! He has been the doctor for all of my animals for over 20 years. I trust him completely, and my Harlee loves him.
Not only was my dog not treated with compassion, he was examined for less than 5 minutes after waiting for almost half an hour -with an appointment- I was told that if I did not "want to deal with him, drop him off at the humane society." We had him put to rest 6 days later by a vet that actually listened to us and decided that this was the best option. We had him for 13 years. When I emailed the company, I didn't even get a response.
They were so friendly and helpful! My buddy is already starting to look himself again!
