I wanted to give a heartfelt thankyou to the staff at Rome Animal Hospital. I had to put my dog Sahara to sleep last Friday very unexpected and the staff was so kind and understanding they never once rushed me and gave me all the time i needed. I came home today to find a sympathy card from them signed by all the staff how thoughtful made me cry. This last week hasnt been easy for us as we lost a very loved family member and a heartfelt thank you for your kindness �
Bailey had her yearly checkup and nails clipped this morning. Entire experience was pleasant even though she was nervous! Great staff, thank you so much.
The staff has always been polite and helpful and the Veterinarians have been sensitive and professional. Just had my first boarding experience ever and couldn't be happier with the experience. My cat Chat Noir was boarded for 14 days was treated like the prince he believes he is. Happy customer!!
They have been absolutely wonderful to me and my animals. Always friendly and helpful.
Excellent staff!! Customer service is amazing, by far the best that I have ever had.I cannot thank the staff enough for saving my 9 month old kitten. They jump through ropes to save me any single penny that they could, working with me, phone calls with updates, just absolutely outstanding work!!! Thank you guys for everything!!!
We had a pretty bad experience at our previous vet, and we switched to this one. The staff of the Rome Animal Hospital treated our cat amazingly, they worked with us when it came to both financial and medical matters. Even though my cat had cancer and we did decide to put her down after her first overnight visit, they were amazing. They told us exactly what was wrong with her, while our other vet told us basically that she was fine a few months earlier.
