The condo is beautiful. The front office service is TRASH! The lady at the front desk is one of the rudest customer service representatives I have ever encountered. I wish I would have read the reviews before booking here. We spend THOUSANDS to be treated like garbage by the front desk lady. Appalling. The reviews all state this. I wonder how many poor reviews about the front desk lady they need before removing her? Lots apparently. We requested 3 parking passes and were never informed that THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU MORE THAN 2... read more
