This car dealer - Derrick - can't be trusted. My mom made an impulse buy after being without a vehicle for several months, and later tried to get out of it. He kept lying to us about all the steps that had been completed. Told us the check had cashed when it hadn't, told us the loan place had submitted paperwork that it hadn't.
