I don't typically leave reviews but this experience was pretty bad. Waitress served us an appetizer that had been cleared from someone else's table. I wish we'd thought to take a picture of the food/presentation. Clearly half eaten. No joke! When we sent it back she laughed and said she thought it didn't look right. The manager had an attitude when he brought us a new one. At that point we should have gotten up and left. The worst service ever! Staying in town overnight on vacation. Stopped here for dinner, with a party of 9. We waited 30 minutes for beer. Then another 30 for our food, which we didn't even receive everyone's entry. So we requested the order that was missed to be made to go. Took another 15 minute. It was brought to the table on a plate. Then had to ask to have it boxed to go. Got to the hotel and when my husband went to eat his food there was a cockroach in his food! The food is great but I don't like how their customer service has declined... the blonde bartender girl doesn't acknowledge you at all and it wasnt even busy.... awful!! They used to be so good and on top of everything. They need Jon Taffer to rescue the bar.
The food & service were great-but it was ‘Happy Hour’ which you had to purchase your drinks at the bar. Well-they didn’t have ANY draft beer-so-we tried to order a gin & tonic-they didn’t have TONIC either. Ridiculous!

Wow! Worst birthday dinner I can remember! Not par with other Romano’s. Terrible service. Slow service. Waited over an hour for our food. Cold bread after 15 minute wait. No apologies or awareness from management. I say don’t waste your time here.
This place is our Friday lunch place to go. We sit in the bar area where our server, Vanessa is the best. Today was unusually busy but service was superb! The new lunch smaller servings are great and Vanessa is a fantastic bartender and server. Sometimes it gets busy so please be patient and you will not be disappointed. Hubby and I love this place.
Everything was delicious , great service !!
