Food tasteless, small portions, bread blah... Never again
Sarah was our server for the evening. She took excellent care in seeing that we were well taken care of. Even the GM was rolling up his sleeves and helping keep the tables clean. We had the Chicken Park, the rosemary ribeye, stuffed prosciutto, peppedew (to die for), And desert! All I can say is WOW! Will definitely return to this Livonia location! Thanks again Romano's for putting the iceing on the cake for a perfect Valentine's evening shared by two!
It was amazing, from the professionalism and friendliness of our waiter, the beautiful ambiance of the dining room, and the exception food. I loved it!
We had a great experience last night! Our waitress, Paige, was perfect. Thanks for a great night out celebrating our anniversary :)
We usually love this place. Yesterday the service was horrible! The server/bar tender Darlene was rude, snarly and generally bitchy. She argued with other servers, complained loudly about everything, slammed things around behind the bar. Complained to US that she only had 2 tables all afternoon. She actually sighed and got annoyed when I asked for another water! If she hates her job that much, and it sure seemed like she did, maybe she should consider working somewhere else.
Food was pretty good. We were a group of 13 for lunch, handled it the best they could with tge staffing.
