Our first time, service was great food was even better.
The worst experience that my family and I have had in years! The waiter Paul was rude needs to learn how to say you are welcome. The food came cold and he never checked back with us at all until he asked if we wanted desert. Prior to the food we waited 25 minutes for our salad. Only to see that they forgot the dressing. Food was great! First time for my mom and dad, they loved it! Prices are a little steep, but at least they give good portions.
Went on a Saturday night knowing it would be busy, and it was. We decided to sit at a table in the bar area so we wouldn't have to wait. I was worried this decision would leave us open to less than stellar service but I was very wrong. Our server was wonderful and when she got jammed up with a large party there for homecoming, she had someone else come and take our order who was also wonderful. I ordered the mushroom stuffed ravioli. It. Was. Amazing. Every time I have been there it's been great. Can't wait to go back again.
visited this location yesterday had a very upsetting meal, ordered mama trio plate quarter way thru meal notice chicken was partly cook, middle was pretty rare, manager did take care of meal, waitress was very helpful, BUT! Chicken not cooked??? if it wasn't for the staff being very understanding this would be 0 stars....
