This was the most seamless interaction that I’ve had with a business. From how quickly they scheduled the consultation to the price (better than Lowe’s & HD), quality of carpet, customer service, & the BEST installer who was prompt, professional, & completed the job wonderful, it was an amazing experience. We had an emergency in our home and Romano helped us replace our flooring. I was so overwhelmed but they helped me and stayed patient while making my final decision. The installation is perfect. Everyone was careful and the installers were so kind and clean. Nothing in my house has ever looked better! I can’t recommend Romano enough!
