The doctor is incredibly nice, but I’ve had major issues with the billing department. They had me pay up front, even though I confirmed with my insurance ahead of time that it was covered except for the $40 copay. The office didn’t believe that I could get this information ahead of their office sending the bill, and insisted on charging me up front, saying they would issue a refund later if my insurance came through. My primary care doctor unfortunately referred me here, to Dr. Roman Litwinski. When I first tried to make an appointment, they told me they wouldn’t schedule me in until my ultrasounds were taken. Fair enough. When that was done, I tried again to make an appointment and was rudely asked what my diagnosis is. I don’t have one, that’s what I was coming here for??
