My first visit to Dr. Roman was very pleasant. Staff greeted me immediately and were very welcoming. Wait was minimal. Office was very clean and modern. Dr. Roman was beyond professional. Her exam was thorough and she took the time to listen to all my history. She helped me overcome my fear of contacts and took the time to show me how to use them properly. Overall, great experience & I felt very comfortable. Would highly recommend her and this practice to anyone in the Ocala area!
The hours are terrible. She's barely EVER in the office. I was in the waiting room and she wouldn't even look at me or even smile and say hello. Whenever I go into the office, she's either sick or on vacation. Her front staff are great and very personable. My son went in for a eye contact exam and got a 2 week trial pair. He needed to go back for a follow up apt but was in boot camp by the time she was available for the follow up. Needless to say, I paid 130.00 and got nothing.
She is a great doctor, she's very patient and funny
