Needed repairs on windows and screens that were purchased several years ago. I discovered several problems with my experience, starting with poor communication between the Kansas City and Wichita offices (Kansas City employees answer the Wichita office phone number). After 3 months of calls and messages, I finally got someone to come give a bid and I made the down payment on the work. Our windows were installed in January and we loved them at the time. It is now warming up and starting summer. We love the windows even more now! They are keeping us even more comfortable inside, plus eliminating lots of noise! Best thing we ever did for our home!
I had a positive experience with Rolox Windows. I first met with one of their representatives to get a quote on what the cost could be as it was my first time doing a major & much needed repair to the home. After a few weeks & having gotten a quote from a different company, Rolox reached back out to me & we struck a deal. Jerry and Delores Walker Arkansas City, Ks. Rolox Home service installed eleven windows in our house. The people that we had contact with and this includes the owner , were.very polite and courteous. The installers worked hard and knew their jobs well. They cleaned up after done.,Replaced all the curtains and pictures etc. All and all. I would highly recommend them.
