We had our screened lanai glass enclosed and they did a very nice job. Unfortunately, that's where it ended. We were made to purchase hurricane curtains which we paid almost $2000.00 for. When we went to use them for the hurricane on September 11, 2017 we found that one of the curtains, which was the largest, did not fit. It was too short. August 21st. I made a promise to Greg the owner of Roll Shield that I would treat him right and make up for my complaints after I saw my long awaited install and was happy with the results. So, that is what I'm doing. Today, one day shy of a week after Greg heard of my complaint, my Crimsafe is being installed carefully and thoroughly. I have to admit that I was mad. Trying to get windows and crimsafe from Rollshield is very difficult, long, aggravating process that entails many phone calls, in person visits and lots of patience. Rollshield cannot keep up with demand and the customer service is confused and no two people in the shop can you give you a straight answer as to what the status of your order is. Nick is a great salesman but not backed up by the after sales process. The owner Greg is really nice and the only one that can sort out problems.

We contracted with Rollshield on February 1, 2018 for hurricane shutters. We purchased 2 electric roll down shutters, 8 accordion shutters along with fabric to cover several doors and windows. Our salesman collected our deposit and indicated that we should have everything installed by the end of May. review retraction...wrote a review this morning and after speaking with owner would like to retract it. He signed the paper. it took him ten days and we have nothing bad to say about his product or workmanship, we never got a chance to use his company because our HOA will not approve construction.

Terrible costumer service. I placed an order 7 months ago and still do not have complete installation. They will not call back on inquires, even with multiple attempts. It makes me think this company is in financial straights. I would think twice on this company.
