Rollshield installed hurricane impact shutters on my 6th floor condo balcony. Larry the salesperson was attentive, Tim measured and scheduled, Trey installed and Chester helped. Monique directed all my calls, Alicia coordinated inspections and follow up and Angie helped with referral fee and invoicing. Everyone was professional, diligent, and timely I didn't meet the people who fabricated the shutters but their product looks great. I would highly recommend Rollshield for shutters.

I bought some accordions shutters from Rollshield. The installer was very knowledgeable and professional. The office help went above and beyond to make the experience excellent with the promptness and courtesy they showed.

this was just a great experiance with this company from the salesman Larry , the owner and the installers. Everything went like a fine tuned car .I would suggest this company to anyone 5 star and thats no joke **** *****

Roll Shield did a great job with our accordion shutters they look really good we were told 8-10 weeks and they were installed in 3 weeks no problems

What a great company! We had window hurricane shutters installed and 1 roll down shutter on the lanai. The installers were excellent. I believe they were Thomas's Team. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. Not only did they put them up efficiently and quickly but they CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. They brought in their own vacuum and actually cleaned up! They were A+ contractors as far as I am concerned. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. ****

We had ROLLSHIELD change out all of our windows and doors to impact glass and also added one rolldown hurricane shutter on our patio. They were wonderful to work with. The owner Greg is a great person and easy to communicate with. I've read some of the reviews and I think the best thing to remember during any remodel type of job is that it is a process and good work takes time and tweaking. Nick M. made the ordering process very simple and followed up through the process. The office staff were second to none, special great job to Tim . Our install team were so orderly and considerate during the installation , thank you Trey !! From start to finish, the whole experience was pretty awful. Zero communication for months after our initial quote and we handed over our 50% down paymentthen when we do finally hear from them they send over a completely new guy to come and take measurements again. The install was finally finished about 2 weeks after they started drilling holes into our house. Our installer cancelled on two different occasionsboth times we had already made arrangements with our jobs to be around at the house in case there were any questions.... read more

After posting my review, I received a call from Greg M., CEO and owner of RollShield. He followed up with a visit at which he remeasured our window and apologized for what had gone on with our hurricane curtain. He explained that after last years hurricane his company grew greatly and his staff was unable to handle the work.
