I found a car at Rolls-Royce Seattle that was exactly what I was looking for, and I was willing to travel to another state to purchase it. However, the sales manager was not willing to offer any discount off the already high price of $99,500, nor would he cover minor scratches on the car. Beware – Avoid at All Costs! Terrible Customer Service Despite the “Luxury” Image At first, this Bellevue dealership seemed professional. They were very responsive—until I signed the paperwork and made the payment. After that, I was completely on my own. There was zero follow-up.
