Inconsistent information and poor communication Inquired about a vehicle and received conflicting details from different staff members regarding its modifications and status. Pricing and availability also changed during the process, with responses that dragged out and created unnecessary confusion. High-end dealerships should have better internal coordination. Do your own thorough due diligence before engaging — very frustrating experience.
