Run as far as you can from this dealership. I live in California and purchased our 4th Provenance Rolls Royce from Braman Motors and they lied to me about the condition. The sales representative assured me this car has never been repainted and the carfax was clean. When the car arrived it was in horrible condition and the quarter panel and back bumper were so horribly repainted that you can see the difference. Absolutely terrible service experience. I brought my Rolls-Royce Cullinan in while it was under warranty, and Ricky from the service department tells me I have a nail in my front tire… then just sends me home. No offer to fix it, no assistance, nothing — just “You should get that fixed.” Isn’t that your job? I expected luxury-level care and got complete indifference. I thought I would buy a damage-free Rolls Royce from a trusted Rolls Royce dealer for over 300k, but unfortunately I only found out later that they also sell damaged cars there and don't say anything about it when they sell it.
