The owner, Henry Rollins is very unprofessional. His representatives installed a new heat pump system for us. We paid the agreed contract price. Ten minutes after they left Mr. Rollins called us demanding more than $100 additional payment because we paid by credit card. When we informed him that this was never discussed with us, he became very irate, to the point of screaming into the phone.
