Rollingwood Management/The Management Company is horrendous. There was a major gas leak in our home and the TEXAS GAS had the entire street evacuated. We were misplaced and put up in a motel for 1 month. The disgusting and reprehensible actions by Rollingwood and Texas Gas were not up to city code. They never asked them to come back too make sure of the extremely high gas levels. We had no choice but to leave the last month of our lease because I have a terminal illness. This is literally the worst company I have ever worked with as a tenant. They absolutely do not care about their tenants. It is evident because of the way they handle all interactions. From getting repairs done in a timely manner as they pass the buck and blame people who no longer work for their company, to home inspections with a terrible attitude of entitlement and power tripping, to lease issues, accounting and termination of lease.
