Great place to live!
Don't stay here unless you love wind chimes! I find them offensively annoying. Management doesn't carry clause against it, forcing residents to lose their "right to quiet enjoyment" ... will update if I hear a new policy is put in place
Ive lived here since shortly after the building was complete (maybe 6 years). No rent increases until 2 of them about the time of covid. I love it here. Always was a home owner but living here is just as good, better actually. Trees and fields out my door, never hear noise (except the 3 garage doors under my apartment). Never had an issue with management, plowing done when needed, mowing done frequently. Will stay here forever, God willing!!! Great place to live
