Friendly and professional
I have always had a very positive experience at Rolling Oaks Radiology. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and professional.
All the personnel were kind and professional, especially Denise, the technician . I was annoyed at the fact that I had to fill out forms, even though I was a repeat patient and my info had not changed. This info should all be on. file. No other medical service that I use does this.
Had to wait almost 30 minutes past my appointment time to be called back. My appointment time was 7:45 and I was told to be there 10 minutes early. After I was called back for my bone density test the technician was very nice.
Easy in and out. Professional and cordial.
Everything on time & spot on. Only recommendation. Find some rap music that coordinates with all the banging noises of the MRI. Ha!
