They Are wonderful there. They got me in extremely fast, were kind and couldn’t be better
I was a walk in. Front office staff was polite and friendly to me and all the people who came in after me. Manny the x-ray tech was efficient and nailed the x-ray on the first try. in and out in 35 minutes. Great experience.
My only complaint is the registration process. They we very unorganized. Then never asked for my insurance card and wanted to collect $265 for my mammogram. I asked why and was told that I was in the system as medi-cal which I am not and never gave my insurance information. Then once I gave her my card I was then told to pay $300 for my mammogram. I said NO it’s a preventative service with no cost. Good think I work for a health insurance company. In the end she said she would bill me. Good Luck with that was my response!
The place is nice & clean. The technician was professional. I didn’t have to wait too long. I go there every year & I’ll continue going there.
