One usually doesn’t look forward to an annual mammogram, no matter where you go - yet today was a breeze! And it’s because of the exceptional staff at Rolling Oaks. I believe my first tech’s name was Gail and she was amazing - so kind, positive and considerate. She really made the exam effortless. Thank you, Gail! Everyone was kind & professional & the procedure was quick & painless
I normally have a good experience here but was surprised they were not taking the temperature of patients. Not sure if that is in the CDC guidance but it should be standard practice for a healthcare facility in California during these high alert times. Additionally, no change in seating in the waiting room. I filled out my paperwork ahead of time so I could come in right before being called back and had to sit with 6 others for 15 min.
