We were looking at several different apartments, but from the moment we met Yessenia Hodges at Rolling Oaks, this place just felt right. She made us feel very welcomed and at ease, answered all of our questions, and was extremely communicative throughout the entire application process. She made the whole process feel seamless, and her care and attention really stood out. The Rolling Oaks apartments is a very quiet place to live. It is also a working class community with great amenities. Thank you, Yessenia for your willingness to help with our concerns and also your great customer service.
Wow u love the gym, pool and hot tub and the quiet areas there are also snacks in the office for kids and adults to eat at there’s chips, cookies and coffees wonderful!
This place is one of the worst places you could consider living. Maintenance guys are good, but office workers and manager (Kimberly) is the worst! Before signing any documents do yourself a favor and sit in the office for 1 hour and listen to all the complaints that roll in. The tenants will be lied to and excuses made. As a black tenant, I’ve been harassed and discriminated against since moving here. Management wanted me to remove my dogs or I would get charged, and still charged me even after I complied. They nitpick everything I do just to fine me. Stacy, in particular, has been the worst, she instigated issues, treats me differently, has come across very racist. She even lied about “routine maintenance” that was supposed to be for all residents, but the workers came to my unit only. I felt targeted and unfair. They even put a letter my ... read more
