As a black tenant, I’ve been harassed and discriminated against since moving here. Management wanted me to remove my dogs or I would get charged, and still charged me even after I complied. They nitpick everything I do just to fine me. Stacy, in particular, has been the worst, she instigated issues, treats me differently, has come across very racist. Please for the love of God don’t listen to the 4.1 star average review like I did. This place is an absolute dump. The best part is the signs out front that say “there are cameras around the property and we will prosecute” YEAH RIGHT ! I had my tailgate stolen off my truck and further damages and they proceeded to tell me that there weren’t any cameras in the back of the parking lot and they couldn’t help me or the police at all ! I went in hoping to get a tour of the apartment, but the woman sitting at the front desk was unbelievably rude. She spoke in such an irritated, condescending tone that it was honestly humiliating to even listen to her.
My personal experience , front desk has an opportunity with effective communication , nice apartment horrible experience with the front desk staff very rude and dismissive I lived here for a year (Maintenance guy was always nice ) , when you work hard to live comfortably you don’t expect attitude from the property management and team. The delivery and tone was always off from day one ! DEI is probably non existent here, glad to see others voicing their experience.
