Disappointed!!! We came to Rolling Hills to purchase a car that we had seen on-line. When we arrived, we had to find someone to help us. Brody was the first one to acknowledge us. We told Brody which car we wanted to look at and also asked him for the car fax. He printed that then he went to pull the car around. I mentioned my concern of the car fax showing that it had been in a medium to severe accident, it said that the airbags had deployed. First time getting service on my older Ridgeline and Danny the service advisor was great! He set expectations for time to complete the recall and oil change/tire rotation. Also had his technician give it a complete inspection because I just bought it and discovered a broken coil spring i wasn't aware of. A÷ experience and definitely recommend calling Danny with any service for your Honda.
Both Dennis and Brody were very professional and helpful throughout the buying process and were quick to address any concerns that came up. They even stayed a bit after closing to help us get our purchase wrapped up which I felt bad about but was appreciated! Didn't feel pushy and I was able to negotiate to a great purchase price and a fair trade in.
Always good service and friendly. A tie rod end was very difficult to loosen up for an alignment. They took their time and successfully finished the job. Great work!!!
