Ricci RocksMy dental hygienist is Ricci. I just wanted to take the time to give Ricci a 5 star review. My teeth are pretty rough. And Ricci has been the most patient and thorough hygienist, front start to finish with my dental care. She is honest and found a spot that has been causing me pain. Dr. Tran and Staff ~ A heartfelt thank you for being so kind and gentle with Joshua and myself. I walked out of your office sooo happy that I made and kept this appt. I can honestly say Dr. Tran made me feel VERY comfortable. It feels so good to not feel scared of the dentist. Great Staff!They told me what dental work I needed. And, they showed me X-rays and pictures so I could see what all my teeth looked like. So, I could understand what they were talking about. It was an educational, professional and friendly office. They took the time to explain the whole process. I left there feeling I was getting the help I needed. Family Denistry has a wonderful office staff at the Poway office. Everyone is very pleasant and explains throughly what i'm expected during my appt. I showed up a few minutes early for my appt., and they were on time in getting me in and out during my lunch break.
Excellent dentistry. Had to have a wisdom tooth pulled out and old fillings taken out and new ones put in.
I really like Dr Tran. He is always very nice and takes his time to answer your questions. I would strongly recommend him.
Outstanding dental care. Dr. Tran very caring, knowledgeable and explains everything in detail with pictures. Staff very cordial and helpful dental work done has been done very well. Have to have a tooth extracted and bridge work done and hope that goes well too.
Fast and excellent repairs on short notice in a good environment---what's not to like?!
I came in an emergency situation and they took care of me immediately! I had never been to this office before, and I was treated like a priority.
